

1. Eligibility & Timeframe
General Policy

30-Day Window: Stock-design items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Product must be clean, unused, and returned with all parts and original packaging.

Inspection: We reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange if the returned item does not meet these requirements.

Custom Designs

Final Sale: Custom-printed covers are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping Damage: If a custom item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will issue a refund once the claim is approved; replacement covers are not produced.

2. Return Authorization (RMA)

Contact us via site chat or e-mail returns@hoodsflags.com to obtain an RMA number before shipping anything back. Packages without an RMA may be refused.

3. Condition of Goods

Items must be unused, clean, and returned with all parts and original packaging.

Products showing wear, dirt, odor, or missing components may be denied or issued a partial refund at our discretion.

For damage claims, include clear photos of the packaging and item within 7 days of delivery.

4. Shipping Responsibilities & Risk of Loss

USA: We e-mail a prepaid USPS label for approved returns.

International: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless HOOD’s Flags made a shipping error.

Risk of loss transfers back to us only when the return is received and approved; we recommend insured, trackable service.

5. Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

6. Chargebacks
Opening a credit-card chargeback while a return is pending voids the RMA and may incur investigative fees. Please allow us to resolve any issue first.

7. Limited Warranty & Disclaimer
HOOD’s Flags warrants workmanship for 12 months; liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. All other implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Force-Majeure
We are not liable for delays or inability to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, carrier strikes, or government actions.

9. Governing Law & Venue
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Harris County, Texas.

10. Policy Updates
HOOD’s Flags may modify this policy at any time. Changes apply to purchases made after the revision date posted above.
