2. Tracking
A tracking number is e-mailed when the label is created. Please allow up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear in the carrier’s system before contacting us.

4. U.S. Territories
We ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa by USPS First-Class or Priority. Select “United States” as the country, then choose the territory from the state list. A P.O. Box is required for shipments to UAE-based forwarding services.

5. International Shipping

Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility (DDU terms). Refusing delivery does not void these charges; any return freight, duties, or taxes billed back to HOOD’s Flags will be deducted from the refund.

6. Risk of Loss & Carrier Delays
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer when the shipment is handed to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier network issues.
Lost-in-transit claims can be filed after:

7. Address Corrections
Please verify the shipping address during checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional postage will apply.
