3. PAYMENT METHODS
All transactions are settled in U.S. dollars. We accept:

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

• Standard U.S. shipping is via USPS First Class (free). Expedited and international options available at checkout.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES (SUMMARY)
• Stock designs: 30-day return or exchange in original condition.
• Custom designs: Final sale; no returns or exchanges except for items that arrive damaged.

7. ONLINE STORE TERMS
You agree not to use our products for any illegal purpose or to violate any law in your jurisdiction. Transmission of worms, viruses, or destructive code is prohibited. A breach of these Terms results in immediate termination of Services.
8. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content is error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders if any information is inaccurate.
9. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE OR PRICES

These Terms and any disputes shall be governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Mandatory arbitration: Any dispute not informally resolved will be submitted to binding arbitration in Houston, Texas under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You waive class-action rights.
21. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.
22. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website. Continued use of the Platforms after changes constitutes acceptance.
